Following success as a hotel manager, Richard moved on to work for a nationally renowned recruitment company where he built an extremely profitable division before launching his own business.

Success and relocation followed quickly and today Richard and his wife Michelle have a highly profitable recruitment agency with a first class reputation for quality and service.
